From the description provided, I understand that Windows is unable to load the native video driver or the Nvidia graphics driver at start up causing Windows to stuck at the loading screen.

I would suggest you install the relevant drivers in compatibility mode and check with the results.
Follow the steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode.
Right-click on the setup file of the driver installation package and click on 'Properties'.
Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box 'Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
Additionally, I would also suggest you to download and install any pending Windows updates. Also refer to the the below Microsoft Help Article, written by one of our Mvps, Andre da Costa, on Install and Update drivers in Windows 10.
